Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the early introduction of customers, and assisted relevant operators to accept new customers in the shortest time;
  • Provide customers with a full range of domestic and foreign sea, land and air transportation, distribution and customs declaration, warehousing, domestic and international procurement and sales services according to customer requirements;
  • Able to coordinate and solve the difficulties and obstacles encountered in the process of loading, transit and unloading;
  • Actively and proactively cooperate with the cooperation departments and customers, and reasonably deal with exceptions;
  • Responsible for strategic development planning of international logistics business, process system construction, improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs;
  • Statistics and analysis of department operation data, including traffic volume, production capacity, anomalies, employee KPI, etc.;

Job requirements:
  • Working language: Korean, fluent Korean communication is preferred;
  • Major in logistics, bachelor degree or above, at least 3 years of management experience in logistics related field;
  • Familiar with import and export trade and customs declaration; Familiar with operational characteristics of various businesses;
  • Have certain leadership, influence, organization and coordination ability, risk control ability, judgment and decision-making ability.
