Kindergarten English Teacher

We're seeking passionate Kindergarten Homeroom Teachers to join an international kindergarten based in Kunming. This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible.

Located in Kunming, this fully international school provides bilingual education blending the IB Curriculum with the Reggio Emilia approach. It serves both local and expatriate children, offering high-quality early childhood education in a dynamic, free-flowing environment.

Job details

Together with teaching assistants, support the children in their learning‐journey from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. During this time, you will:

• Teach English, Math, Science, and Physical Development through play-based learning to kindergarten students aged 3-6, creating an English learning environment
• Lesson planning, daily classroom management and classroom activities organization
• Utilize games, music, books, art, technology and other resources to teach basic skills and foster children development
• Collaborate with other teachers, instructors, and staff members to create an optimal learning care environment, and an appropriate classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
• Help children meet educational milestones through personalized instruction and assess each child’s performance and progress on regular basis

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or higher
• Kindergarten teaching experience
• Teaching certificate
• Familiar with IB Curriculum and Reggio Emilia preferred

Salary and benefits

• Month salary of 18,000 to 23,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
