We are looking for an English Teacher for a University based in Chengdu. This is a full-time position starting from February 2025.

Job details
  • Teach the school’s English curriculum to university students and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
  • Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
  • Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
  • Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
  • Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
  • 160-320 teaching hours per semester

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, humanities major preferred
  • At least 2 years’ English teaching experience/TEFL, TESOL certificate/Teaching certificate
  • Excellent English communicative skills
 
Salary and benefits
  • Monthly salary of 10,000RMB with bachelor degree
  • Monthly salary of 11,000RMB with master degree
  • Monthly salary of 15,000RMB with doctor degree
  • Monthly housing allowance of 1,000 RMB or free private fully furnished apartment on campus with internet access, free electricity, gas and water
  • Air ticket of 8,000 RMB per year
  • Public holidays
  • Fully paid Summer and Winter holidays (generally 3 months a year)
