Liberal Arts Teacher

We are looking for a Liberal Arts Teacher for a High School based in Nanjing. This is a full-time position starting from February 2024.

Job details

• Teach the school’s liberal arts courses to high school students aging 15 to 17, including English Foundation,  US Studies, US History, World History English Language and Literature as well as Essay Writing
• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Co-teach with Chinese teachers and be prepared to develop and improve school-based curriculum
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm, 40 working hours per week, 20 teaching hours per week
• Class Size: 20-25

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above
• More than 1 years’ teaching experience in high school
• TESOL certificate
• Excellent English communication skills

• Monthly Salary of 21,000 to 26,000 RMB before tax
