What you’ll do
Candidate will perform systems administrative functions for the biopharma supply chain systems. Must have minimum 3 years administrative experience managing applications, SAAS, cloud and on-premise solutions.
• Application operations and maintenance activities – including but not limited to user access management, reporting, monitoring and support
• Managing application related issues and incidents and performing root cause investigations
• Technical expert for assigned applications in APAC time zone, and work with members of global team as necessary to address issues, requests etc. faced by users in APAC.
• Participation in integration activities between supply chain systems and other Biopharma systems and providing the configuration and/or coordination of the integration
• System administration of applications managed by Biopharma in across 3 regions (. These would include China Trade Management, Operations and Quality systems.
• Support migration of systems from legacy systems to new Biopharma systems, to include assistance in programming, configuration and commissioning of applications as well as data migration, to the Biopharma specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work and or installations performed on Enterprise system
• Provides L1, L2, L3 Operations Application Support – including Configuration & Customization

Who you are
• Possess minimum of 3 Years of Experience Supporting, configuring, monitoring & maintaining software applications
• Skilled in the Active Directory & SAML areas
• Knowledge of ITIL especially in the areas of Incident, Problem and Change Management
• Knowledge of HR system integrations & Cloud technologies desirable
• Understanding of supply chain process
• Must be able to navigate through system database software to configure and troubleshoot data and hardware related issues
• Knowledge of HR system integrations & Cloud technologies desirable
• Aptitude for providing excellent customer service including clear communication, problem solving and technical writing skills
• Possess good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously within a fast paced and changing environment
• Must have active passport with ability to obtain travel Visa
• Must be willing to travel
• Must be willing to work out of office located in Shanghai, China
