Kindergarten English Teacher

We are looking for a Kindergarten English Teacher for a bilingual school based in Beijing. This is position is available from the upcoming 2026-27 academic year in February 2026.

About the school

It is a private boarding school offering A-level and AP curriculums. There are about 2300 students with ages ranging from 2 years to 18 years. It is a K-12 educational system which includes Kindergarten, Elementary School, Junior High School, Senior High School (Cambridge Center and AP Center) and the Chinese Center.

Job responsibilities

Together with three teaching assistants, support the children in their learning‐journey from Monday to Friday. During this time, you will:

• Teach daily class activities to kindergarten students aged 3-6 as assigned by the school, creating an English learning environment
• Lesson planning, daily classroom management and classroom activities organization
• Utilize games, music, books, art, technology and other resources to teach basic skills and foster children development
• Collaborate with other teachers, instructors, and staff members to create an optimal learning care environment, and an appropriate classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
• Help children meet educational milestones through personalized instruction and assess each child’s performance and progress on regular basis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in early childhood education or related field of study
• At least 2 years’ related teaching experience
• Experience in teaching early years is preferred
• Excellent English communicative skills

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary of 21,000 to 30,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
