 Key Responsibilities

As a Football Coach with us, you will play a vital role in the growth and development of our athletes. Your responsibilities will include:

Coaching and Training

• Develop and implement effective football training programs for players of various age groups and skill levels.
• Provide individualized coaching to enhance players' technical skills, tactical understanding, and physical fitness.
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes player growth and teamwork.

Player Development

• Evaluate player progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Identify and nurture talent, helping players reach their full potential.
• Instill values such as discipline, sportsmanship, and dedication in players.

Session Planning

• Plan and organize training sessions, drills, and exercises that align with the team's and individual players' goals.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all training activities.
• Collaborate with other coaches to create a cohesive and comprehensive training program.

Administrative Tasks

• Maintain accurate records of player attendance, performance, and development.
• Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on player progress and team activities.
• Assist with the coordination of matches, tournaments, and events as needed.

Work hours are dependent on class schedules, typically between 10 am and 10 pm and weekend availability will be required.
