我们现为宁波一所国际学校招聘全职IB协调员。该职位将于2025年8月开始.

 

工作职责

IB协调员负责监督教学和学习，培养全校的学习文化，与校长合作管理员工，与员工就课程保持开放的沟通，领导，支持和管理学校的课程团队负责人。以及:

  • 与员工分享IB相关信息
  • 促进项目人员之间的沟通和协作
  • 举办家长信息会议
  • 在时事通讯中发布项目相关文章
  • 准备并提交项目授权和评估所需的文件
  • 确保遵守IB的要求和程序
  • 作为学校和IB之间的联络人
  • 通过各种媒体与更广泛的社区沟通

 

任职要求

  • 本科及以上学历
  • IB教学经验
  • IB证书
  • 优秀的沟通能力，中英文流利

 

工资福利

  • 月薪13,000至25,000元
  • 寒暑假

Responsibility

  • Share relevant IB communication with staff
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among program staff
  • Conduct parent information sessions
  • Publish program-related articles in the Newsletter
  • Prepare and submit required documentation for Program Authorization and Evaluation
  • Ensure adherence to IB requirements and procedures
  • Serve as liaison between school and IB
  • Communicate to the wider community through various media

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or higher
  • IB teaching experience
  • IB Certificate
  • Excellent communications skills， fluent in English and Chinese


Salary and benefits

  • Monthly salary of 13,000 to 25,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
