User operation
1. Combine the different characteristics of players and
overseas social platforms to plan and implement daily community content and
activities, and be responsible for specific goals;
2. Plan and implement creative full-platform community
activities and community content plans that meet needs according to product
versions, important festivals, and the rhythm of marketing activities;
3. Pay attention to market trends and content trends, and
plan and produce community PGC content that is in line with the game brand;
excavate and cultivate KOLs through various methods to ensure the quality and
production capacity of UGC;
4. Create an active player community atmosphere, pay
attention to community data and public opinion of players in key markets,
promptly prompt potential risk points to the team, and actively cooperate with
various departments to reduce the impact of operational accidents, guide public
opinion, and avoid further fermentation of public opinion;
5. Assist in promoting healthy communication between
developers and players, regularly collect and summarize feedback and pain
points from players at different levels, and provide ideas for game
optimization and true and fair player feedback;
6. Cooperate with developers, operations team, and
distribution team to complete community research.
Job requirements:
1. Have more than 3 years of working experience in game
community operations (at least 1 year of overseas experience is required);
2. Familiar with the characteristics of major social media
in overseas markets. Heavy users of any social media will get extra points;
(Youtube, Twitch, Reddit, discord)
3. Have strong foreign language copywriting skills, as well
as video content creative and production capabilities. Bonus points for those
with successful experience in overseas popular content;
4. Can speak English fluently, and those with study/work
experience in overseas markets will be given priority;
5 game lovers. Have in-depth understanding and unique
insights into shooting, action games and users;
