Secondary School English Teacher

We are looking for a Secondary School English Teacher for a Bilingual  School based in Beijing. This is a full-time position starting ASAP.

Chinese/American Bilingual School based in Beijing, it specializes in the teaching and management of K-12 Chinese-American programs as well as British (Cambridge) programs. The school has a kindergarten, primary and secondary education divisions and provide students with a comprehensive and well-rounded education that combines rigorous academic standards with cultural immersion and global perspectives.

Job details

• Teach the subject of English and literature to G7 students and  US Government to G12 students, and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Develop supportive and safe learning environments

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in teaching
• Hold a teaching certificate
• Passionate and Energetic in teaching
• Excellent English communication skills

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary of 29,919 RMB after tax
• Yearly performance bonus up to 12,000RMB before-tax in July after 1 year of the contract
• Half pay for February salary during Winter Holiday
