Science Teacher

We are looking for a Science Teacher for an international school in Beijing. This is a full-time position starting in  August 2025.

About the school

This is an international school located in Haidian. The school offers a combination of the national curriculum and US Common core to its students in elementary and middle school, and US Common core, AP, IGCSE and A-Level in high school. 

Job responsibilities

• Teach the subject of science to primary school students utilizing AP framework and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Develop supportive and safe learning environments

Job requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in the related subject
• Teaching certificate
• Three or more years teaching experience in the subject
• Excellent communications skills

Salary and benefits

• Annual Salary 380,000 to 480,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
