Biology Teacher

We are looking for a BiologyTeacher for an international High school based in Chengdu’s High-Tech Zone. This is a full-time position starting ASAP

Job description

• Take responsibility for teaching  A-level science subject ( biology)
• Develop weekly teaching plans and provide summaries of the previous week's teaching activities
• Thoroughly prepare lessons before each class and promptly correct homework assignments after class
• Serve as an academic tutor for a designated group of students
• Participate in invigilation, extracurricular activities (ECA), weekend events, and evening self-study sessions as required by the school
• Contribute to marketing promotions and school open day activities, which may involve conducting demonstration classes

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above with related subject
• Good communication skills with 16-18 years old students
• Able to deliver the class in fluent English
• At least 2 years’ experience in teaching mathematics
• Familiar with British A-level curriculum
