School Academic Manager

An International School in Foshan is looking for a School Academic Manager to manage its teaching team starting from upcoming academic year.

Job Description:

Effective and efficient running of the Team embracing the school's ethos, values and aims, being an exemplary role model;

Contributing to the development of excellence through developing and creating of learning and teaching policies;

Supporting all the staffs during their induction period;

Playing a major role in monitoring and evaluating the provision and outcomes for pupils in the school, using this information to create a school development and improvement plans;

Being an outstanding leader and leading the teaching and learning of three age groups of school, creating an engaging curriculum and actively engaging parents in the life of the school;

Ensuring that the whole teaching team works effectively and efficiently, by providing excellent organizational ability, leadership and management skills;

Responsible for implementing assessment procedures and accountable for the outcomes of pupils in the school;

Leading the team in raising school standards of attainment and progress;

Leading program of Monitoring, Assessment and Reporting of all children;

Working closely with the team on behavior safeguarding and pastoral care of students;

Responsible for safeguarding policy and practice.

 Job Requirements:

More than 2 years bilingual/international school management experience;

Bachelor degree or above;

Strong responsibility and leadership skills;

EYFS teaching/managing experience preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: Up to 35,000 RMB/year

Housing allowance: 4,000 RMB/month

Relocation allowance provided
