Client:

A Sino-foreign joint venture international e-commerce logistics company. Through market analysis, system development, and resource integration,they provide services in logistic, finance, and big data aspects of global e-commerce industry.


PART I: Core Values of the Position:

As a sales management trainee, you will undergo a 3–6-month domestic training program to become familiarized with eF products and understand the internal workflows of the sales team (including but not limited to discount applications, sales analysis, etc.), The objective is to be able to independently conduct the full process of sales to small and medium-sized customers and maintain customer relationships by the end of the training period.

PART II:
Responsibilities / Training Program:
· Participate in various global sales team training / meetings, understand business goals and familiarize with various products, and be able to sales KPI standards.
· Form a pair with the East China team sales through the means of "experienced guides for the new" to help new members understand the normal sales work flow;
· Assist sales in formulating visit plans and filling out visit records after joint visits, understand how to query sales business achievement and customer registration and order process through various work.
· Assist sales in discount application, and understand the entire process of discount application, approval, and implementation.
· Understand the relevant financial systems and processes related to customers and assist sales in handling them.
· Complete the training program by learning about sales administration and essential sales functions

PART III: Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a relevant field such as ecommerce, logistics, international business, or sales & marketing.
· Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Knowledge of or familiarity with Salesforce and associate software required.
· Capability of grasping complex concepts quickly
