STEP数学老师 STEP Math Teacher

岗位职责:

• 教授国际高中A-level/IGCSE数学课程 ；
• 开发和组织学科架构，帮助管理课程的各方面 ；
• 使用合适的策略教学以及进行班级管理，为学生制定表现计划 ；
• 与英语老师一起，努力提高学生对于学科内的英语运用 ；
• 能够准确清晰传达课堂所学内容并对学生进行课下辅导及补习，帮助学生理解 ；
• 有义务参与学生与本学科有关的全方位校园生活，包括监管自习、宿舍生活等，增进与学生的沟通与交流 。

岗位要求：

• 熟练的中文及英文的双语应用 ；
• 学科相关专业硕士及以上学历 ；
• 对国际教育和西方文化有很好的了解，有海外学习或工作经验优先考虑 ；
• 有2年以上IGCSE和A Level数学教学经验优先 ；
• 有较强的沟通能力，可以和教员，家长以及学生做良好的沟通 ；
• 有强烈的敬业精神和职业道德，对待学生有耐心和爱心，保护学生隐私及权益

Job Responsibilities:

• Teaching International High School A-level/IGCSE Math courses ;
• Developing and organizing the subject structure and helping to manage all aspects of the course ;
• Teaching using appropriate strategies as well as classroom management and developing performance plans for students ;
• Work with the English teacher to improve students' use of English within the subject;
• The ability to communicate clearly and accurately what is being taught in class and to provide in-class tutoring and remediation to help students understand;
• Have the obligation to participate in all aspects of students' campus life related to the discipline, including supervised study, dormitory life, etc., to improve communication and exchange with students.

Position Requirements:

• Proficient in bilingual application of Chinese and English ;
• Master's degree or above in discipline related majors ;
• Good understanding of international education and western culture, overseas study or work experience is preferred ;
• At least 2 years teaching experience in IGCSE and A Level math is preferred ;
• Strong communication skills to communicate well with teachers, parents and students;
• Strong professionalism and ethics, patience and love for students, protect students' privacy and rights.
