R&D/Technical Director

Job Description
1. Be responsible for the whole research and development work of software and hardware products; Manage thecore technology of company; Organize to draft and perform significant technical decision and technical proposal; Organize technical analysis and project assessment; Provide instruction regarding technology and work; Coordinate and collaborate with department work.
2. Be responsible for the designation and new products research and development work of leading the whole process from products concept to development.
3. Be responsible for drafting enterprise’s technology outlook and development strategy; Participate in and supervise technology approval research implement and so on.
4. Form a special team to do the innovation exploration of technology application and pre-research of frontier technology;
5. Be responsible for tracking the development progress coordinating technology quality material outward appearance and so on;
6. Participate in and supervise periodical research and development progress and staff assessment of all technical department Coordinate technical department work;
7. Set up the training proposal for R&D and technical staff and arrange the training for other relative staff Provide information support for company’s decision;
8. Participate in company’s R&D projects’ planning research and propose for construction cost and affiliated aspects;
9. Master the tendency of industrial technology development and business development trends Have unique insights for key technology;
10. Be familiar with products structure performance principle and usage Have solid theoretical foundation and technical work experience.

Job Requirements
1. More than 10 years working experience of software and hardware R&D More than 5 years architecture design working experience with top design ability;
2. Manage platform overall technical planning Set up public technical platform to meet development requirements of distinguished products line;
3. Be sensitive of new technology and assess the application;
4. More than 5 years of managing technical team;
5. Be familiar with command and dispatch business Knowing the public safety industry is better
6. Be able to integrate technology sources and planning overall Be able to adapt to market requirements;
7. Own strong judge decision plan and implement ability;
8. Own solid communication coordinating organization and team building ability;
