Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (CS), Computer Engineering (CE), Electrical Engineering (EE), Software Engineering (SW), Mechanical Engineering (ME), Physics, or a related science field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical product testing, development, or engineering program management.
• Fundamental knowledge in electrical engineering (EE) or software engineering (SW), with experience in leading technical projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of hardware (HW) and software (SW) architecture, as well as the interoperability of complex systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to base decisions on data analysis and statistical insights.
• Demonstrated flexibility, a dynamic approach to project management, and a "can do" attitude.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
