Primary Social studies Teacher

We are looking for a Primary Social studies Teacher for an International School based in Beijing. This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible.

Job details

• Teach the school’s Social studies curriculum to International school students age from 7 to 12
• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Co-teach with Chinese teachers and be prepared to develop and improve school-based curriculum
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Develop supportive and safe learning environments
• Working time: 8:00AM - 5:00PM from Monday to Friday
• Class size: 15-25 students per class

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in teaching
• Hold a teaching certificate
• Passionate and Energetic in teaching
• Excellent English communication skills

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary of 27,650RMB after tax (housing included)
• Yearly performance bonus up to 12,000RMB before-tax in July after 1 year of the contract
• Half pay for February salary during Winter Holiday
