Primary School Teacher

We are looking for a Primary School Teacher for an International School based in in Beijing. This is a full-time position starting from the upcoming academic year in August 2024.

Job details

As a primary school teacher, you will serve as a homeroom teacher and teach subjects like English, science/social studies, personal/social class, math, and homeroom sessions as well as:

• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Contribute to and develop a comprehensive curriculum
• Support students learning by collaborating with other teachers and departments of the school, such as supporting English and in other subjects and programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than two years’ teaching experience
• Teaching certificate
• Experience in IB curriculum strongly preferred
• Excellent English communicative skills

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary of 22,000 to 32,000 RMB before tax commensurate with experience and qualifications
