Primary School Teacher

We are looking for a Primary Grade 5 Homeroom Teacher for for an International School based in Shenzhen. This is a full-time position starting in February 2024.

It has pre-school, primary school, and middle school divisions with a K12 system that equips learners with a comprehensive education and diminishes the difficulty of picking a school when entering higher education. 

Job details

• Teach challenging, well organized and differentiated lessons to students in the primary school in Grade 5
• Have well-grounded expectations of learners, designed to raise levels of attainment
• Plan for progression informed by secure curriculum and subject knowledge
• Be familiar with and able to use relevant Educational Technology in their teaching
• Implement a range of assessment techniques, including formative assessment
• Establish a purposeful and safe learning environment, which takes account of all Health and Safety
• requirements and procedures
• Follow the IPC (International Primary Curriculum) in planning and teaching effective lessons

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in teaching
• Hold a teaching certificate
• Passionate and Energetic in teaching
• Excellent English communication skills

Salary and benefits

• Monthly Salary of 20,000 to 30,000 RMB depending on experience and qualifications
