We are seeking an experienced Overseas UA Team Lead to join a leading gaming company at their Shanghai office. This is a full-time role.


About the role

In this role, you will lead ad placements and data analysis for mobile games in Western markets. You'll develop strategies, optimize campaigns, and create effective ad creatives to drive user growth. Experience with platforms like Google, TikTok, and Facebook, along with strong English skills, is essential.


Job details

  • Lead channel placements and data analysis for the company’s mobile games in Western markets. Develop strategies for channel placements, identify growth opportunities, and take responsibility for channel performance.
  • Monitor ad data, regularly perform statistical analysis, and continuously optimize promotional effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in advertising platforms, effectively explore and optimize strategies, and share insights with the team.
  • Coordinate and write advertising materials, design and optimize ad creatives, and provide regular reports on conclusions and future directions.
  • Monitor and research market and competitor trends to stay informed about new industry promotion models and explore innovative ways to drive user growth.


Job requirements

  • Over 3 years of experience in overseas placements on platforms like Google, TikTok, or Facebook, with a deep understanding of these channels. Experience in game advertising is preferred.
  • Strong logical thinking, data analysis skills, and proactive problem-solving abilities. Capable of identifying and addressing issues through data.
  • Passion for gaming, with the ability to generate and optimize creative material based on game highlights. Familiarity with the Western market and strong creative abilities are preferred.
  • Excellent cross-department communication and collaboration skills, with a strong team spirit.
  • Proficient in English, with the ability to use it as a working language.
