Oral English Teacher

We are looking for an Oral English Teacher for a primary School in Beijing. This is a full-time position starting in August 2024.

Private school based in Beijing. It is among the first schools in China authorized by the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO). Offering boarding and day school facilities, it caters to students in primary, middle, and high school levels, encompassing both local and international students. With a diverse community of over 500 staff from various countries and regions, the institution presently houses 75 classes and over 2000 students.

Job responsibilities

• Teach the oral English to  students in integration school and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Develop supportive and safe learning environments

Job requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in the related subject
• Teaching certificate
• Two or more years teaching experience in the subject
• Excellent communications skills

Salary and benefits

• Base monthly salary range of 25,000 to 32,000 RMB and is negotiable commensurate with experience and qualifications
