Music Teacher (Modern Instruments)

We are looking for a Music Teacher (Modern Instruments) for an international School located in Beijing. This is a full-time position starting in August 2025.

Job description

• Teach Modern Instruments of keyboard, guitar, drums, Bass guitar etc. to secondary school students
• Prepare lessons, lectures, tutoring techniques
• Designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Co-teach with fellow teachers and be prepared to develop and improve school-based curriculum
• Support the program coordinators in the maintenance of an accurate inventory of educational resources
• Use a wide range of technologies and creative teaching and learning methodologies to accommodate differing learning styles
• Assess and monitor students' progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Hold or participate in parents' conferences

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above in education or related field
• Teaching Qualification
• At least 3 years full time relevant teaching experience
• Proficient in English

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary of 26,000 to 32,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
