Middle and High School English Teacher

We’re looking to hire an English subject teacher Middle and High School English Teachers for an international school based in Ningbo. This is a full-time position starting from the upcoming academic year in February 2023.

Responsibilities

• Teach English to Middle or High school students with the provided a US curriculum as guide and framework
• Develop lesson plans and instructional materials, and provide individualized and small group instruction to adapt the curriculum to the needs of each student
• Evaluate students’ academic and social growth, record appropriate records and prepare progress reports
• Communicate with parents
• Collaborate with school administrators and peer teachers
• Participate in curriculum and professional development sessions
• Assist and coordinate activities and events inside and outside of school location

Qualifications and requirements

• Education Required: Bachelor
• Minimum Teaching Experience: 2 Years
• Major: Education or related
• Additional Requirements: 2 or more years of classroom teaching experience in US curriculum (experience with English Language Learners preferred)

Compensation package

• Monthly, competitive salary based on your credentials and experience of approx 28,000 RMB
