We are looking for a Mathematics Teacher for a High School in Foshan. This is a full-time position starting from the upcoming academic year in August 2025.

This international school in Gaoming District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, offers a 12-year integrated education system, including primary, middle, high school, and an international department. With state-of-the-art facilities such as an indoor heated swimming pool and golf training field, the school is recognized for its academic and extracurricular excellence, striving to be a leader in holistic education.

Job responsibilities
  • Teach the subject of mathematics to high school students ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
  • Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
  • Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
  • Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
  • Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
  • Develop supportive and safe learning environments
  • Approx 20 teaching classes a week from Monday to Friday from 7:50-11:50am and 2:30-5pm 
 
Job requirements
  • Bachelor degree or above in the related subject
  • Teaching certificate
  • Two or more years teaching experience in the subject
  • Excellent communications skills
 
Salary and benefits
  • Monthly salary 25,000 to 28,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
