An International Logistic Company located
in Shanghai is looking for a Service Center Officer.
The company was founded in Italy in 1959 as
a customs and freight forwarder and today it is a multinational company with 90
offices in 50 different countries. The company provides a one-stop solutions
for the logistic management of precious and luxury goods.
Through 60 years of experience, the group
has reached incredible and constant innovations in security procedures, import
& export, event organization, supply chain, warehouse and logistic
activities.
Job Description:
- Handle customer inquiries
including quotation, flow, service and keep good relationship and communication
with customers
- Supervise operation team to
monitor shipments/orders status and feedback to customer timely
- Produce accurate KPI report with
good performance to other departments, overseas office and customers
- Coordinate with Commercial and
operation department in preparing flow and operations for new potential clients
and events, providing support to all the different teams involved
- Periodically collect data to
evaluate possible improvements in working flow and cooperation with clients
- Responsible to prepare new
presentation and report material
- Monitor system usage and support
other departments in the usage of Company Systems and Web tools and provide
training if needed
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree, or above
- 2 years of experience in
Customer Service or,
- 2 years of experience in
warehousing or distribution center environment, or
- Master degree graduates from
Chinese universities in logistic or marketing are considered
- Fluent both in oral and writing
in English and Chinese
- Knowledge of warehouse and transportation
operation
- Experience with Microsoft office
- Experience with As400 or WMS is
preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
and communication to be able to work effectively with all members
- Strong organization, planning,
control, coordination abilities, adaptability
- Marketing basic skills are a
plus
