Kindergarten Teacher

We are looking for an English Teacher for a Kindergarten based in Nanjing. This is a full-time position starting from ASAP or August 2023.

Job details

• Lesson planning, delivery, assessment and recording
• Giving constructive feedback to student’s performance
• Implement students age-appropriate curriculum effectively
• Record and assess student’s performance from physical, cognitive, social and emotional domains and so on
• Attendance at and contribution to school meetings
• Participation in professional development activities within and outside the school
• Responsible for demo class to enroll new students
• Parent liaison where there are student concerns
• Organize parent-teacher conference
• Attendance at official functions 出席 
• Organize student field trips
• Leading professional development initiatives derived from workshop attendance
• Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with 1 lunch break

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 120 hour TEFL Certificate or 2+ years teaching experience
• Excellent English communicative skills

Salary and benefits

• Monthly Salary of 20,000 to 30,000 RMB before tax
