Kindergarten Principal

We are seeking a Kindergarten Principal for an international school based in Kunshan, Jiangsu province. This is a full-time position starting ASAP.

Key Responsibilities

The Kindergarten Principal will oversee all aspects of the kindergarten division, including curriculum development, staff management, and community engagement. The principal will work closely with teachers, parents, and administrative staff to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. Specific responsibilities include:

• Leading curriculum planning and implementation aligned with IB standards
• Supervising and mentoring kindergarten staff
• Building strong relationships with parents and the wider community
• Managing daily operations of the kindergarten division
• Ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment
• Monitoring student progress and implementing improvement strategies
• Promoting the school’s mission and values

Qualifications

• At least two years’ work experience as a kindergarten principal
• At least a Bachelor’s degree in related major 
• Teacher license/certification would an advantage
• IB PYP experience is preferred

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary is up to 28,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
