This role involves leading international marketing, managing global ad placements, and developing targeted strategies for user growth. You'll monitor and optimize campaigns, with a focus on Western markets. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
Job Details
- Oversee international marketing, ad placements, and community management. Develop and execute strategies that align with the overall product distribution plan.
- Research the Western market to create effective regional marketing strategies and ad placement plans, aligned with the product’s core content.
- Manage ad placements on international platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google, TT/affiliate channels), monitor ad performance, analyze data, adjust strategies, and generate regular reports. Plan annual ad placement strategies for the gaming business and identify new growth opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay informed about new promotional models and explore innovative ways to drive user growth.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with over 3 years of experience in promoting card/RPG/SLG games in international markets, with a successful launch track record.
- In-depth knowledge of platforms like Facebook and Google, with extensive experience in international market expansion and digital marketing.
- Strong project management skills, capable of independently planning and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to adjust promotional strategies based on data insights.
- Highly motivated with strong leadership skills, diligent, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Keen market awareness, adaptability, and the ability to independently explore new markets.
