  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant major                                                   
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in exterior/exterior components design and development，such as bumper, grill, mudguard/dashboard, door handle, mirror, Air deflector, body in white…     
  • Familiar with vehicle development process and deliveries at every key gate.                                                         
  • Catia is a must and have knowledge about the data and drawing freezing process.                                         
  • Provide FMEA, DTS, PD, RFQ and other engineering documents.                                           
  • Effectively Work with suppliers, SQE, Purchasing, and other cross function team to meet the timing plan and quality.                                                      
  • Focus on the cost and performance target, using creative mind to solve issues and save cost.
  • Familiar and ensure verification or homologation tests of exterior system can meet all legal requirements
  • English: verbal communication possible
