IC Design Manager

Responsibility

• Participate in product definition and product feasibility assessment, visit customers when necessary to ensure the accuracy of product definition;
• Complete product design with high quality on time, coordinate other design or layout engineers, and participate in the layout work of key circuits;
• Assist in product debugging, testing and verification, and be responsible for product debugging and revision if necessary;
• Responsible for writing relevant technical documents in the process of product design, summarizing technical topics to share with colleagues, and applying for patents on technological innovation.

Requirement

• Master degree or doctor degree in microelectronics and semiconductor related field, more than 6 years of related industry experience
• Designed analog chips or analog circuit modules in chips;
• Have team spirit and good communication skills;

The following experience is preferred:

high precision band-gap, current source, low noise high performance OPA, comparator, high voltage op amp; High-performance LDO, Charger, Buffer; PLL,CDR,serdes and other high performance analog-to-digital, digital-to-analog conversion, Pipeline ADC, Sigma-Detla ADC, SAR ADC; Experience in BMS, signal chain, power supply, interface. 5 IC design management experience is preferred 6 Fluent English communication
