IB Coordinator IB协调员

We are currently seeking a full-time IB Coordinator IB协调员 for an international school located in Chengdu. The position will commence in August 2023, coinciding with the start of the upcoming academic year.

Purpose of the job

The IB Coordinator is responsible for overseeing teaching and learning, fostering a whole school learning culture, collaborating with the principal to manage staff, maintaining open communication with staff regarding the curriculum, and leading, supporting, and managing the curriculum team leaders in the school. As well as:

• Share relevant IB communication with staff
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among program staff
• Conduct parent information sessions
• Publish program-related articles in the Newsletter
• Prepare and submit required documentation for Program Authorization and Evaluation
• Ensure adherence to IB requirements and procedures
• Serve as liaison between school and IB
• Communicate to the wider community through various media

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or higher
• IB teaching experience
• IB Certificate
• Excellent communications skills， fluent in English and Chinese

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary of 8,000 to 15,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
• Summer and winter holiday
•   Public holiday

任职要求

• 本科及以上学历
• IB教学经验
• IB证书
• 优秀的沟通能力，中英文流利
