We are looking for a Head of Performing Arts for an International Secondary School in Zhuhai. This is a full-time position starting in August 2025.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the Performing Arts department, including music, theater, and dance, ensuring high-quality instruction and engaging programs
- Develop and implement a cohesive curriculum that aligns with the school's vision and international standards
- Mentor and support teachers within the department, encouraging professional growth and collaborative teaching practices
- Organize and coordinate school-wide performances and cultural events, promoting community involvement and student participation
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their artistic development
- Foster a supportive environment for students to express their creativity and develop their talents
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in the related subject
- Teaching certificate
- Three or more years of teaching and managing experience in the subject
- Excellent communications skills
Salary and benefits
- Monthly salary is from 30,000 RMB, commensurate on experience and qualifications
