Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with sales, customer managers and technical colleagues to develop new customers
  • Establish, train and optimize project teams, and evaluate their quality and performance
  • Lead the project team to implement localization and translation projects, and be responsible for the overall project management
  • Customer relationship maintenance


Requirements

  • Education background: Bachelor degree or above
  • Language: Fluent in written and oral English; Able to use English & Chinese as working language
  • Work experience: Experience in project management or customer relationship, PMP certification is preferred
  • Comprehensive quality: Carefulness, Strong sense of responsibility, Good communication ability, teamwork ability and customer service ability
  • Career orientation: Have strong interest in project management, and are willing to work in the localization industry for a long time
