岗位的目的 Job Objectives:

1. 协助设备主管管理设门备部的日常工作

Assist devices Administration Department in charge of the day

2. 为设备技术员提供技术支持

Technical support for equipment technician

3. 向直接上级提出合理化建议，提高设备生产效率。

Make rationalization suggestions to direct leader improve MC working efficiency.

工作职责Responsibilities:

1. 负责新生产线设备的安装和验收。

Responsible for installation and acceptance of the new production equipment

2. 针对每月设备故障的分析结果及模具更换、消耗情况，提出预防性的设备维护计划。

According to the month analysis results of equipment fault the replacement and consumption of mould give a plan of equipment preventive maintenance.

3. 满足相关部门（生产、质量、项目）的需求 按时完成设备、工装、夹具的制作及改进。

Meet the relevant departments （ production quality project ） needs to fulfill the equipment tooling and fixture of production and improvement.

4. 培训使用者正确使用和维护机器设备。

Train all the users about maintenance and rational usage of all the machines and installations.

5. 向设备经理汇报工作，例如新生产线设备的导入进度等。

Report to Equipment manager about his activities new production equipment import progress.

任职资格Requirements:

1. 职业学校或大专

Professional school or diploma

2. 电气、电子、机械、工业维护和自动化

Electrical and electronics industrial machinery maintenance and automation

3. 至少2年相关工作经验

At least 2 years in a similar position

4. 具备较强的机械、电气、电子、自动化方面的专业知识

With the strong knowledge of mechanical electrical and electronic and automation

5. 要求具有电工操作证

Required to hold electrician operation permit

6. 动手能力强
