English Teacher

We are looking for an Upper School English Teacher for a bilingual school based in Zhuhai. This is a full-time position starting from the upcoming academic year in August 2023.

Situated in Zhuhai's Hengqin district, the bilingual education school provides a full K-12 curriculum and boarding services to students. It offers a unique blend of the national curriculum and the British curriculum, ensuring a well-rounded educational experience. Job responsibilities

• Teach the subject of English to upper school students and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Develop supportive and safe learning environments

Job requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in the related subject
• Hold a teaching certificate PGCE, QTS or equivalent
• Two or more years teaching experience in the subject
• Excellent communications skills
