English ESL Teacher

We are looking for English ESL Teachers for a training center located in the vibrant megacity of Chongqing, China. The city of Chongqing offers a cosmopolitan lifestyle of Shanghai and Beijing, but without the price tag!

Job description

• Planning and delivering English lessons to students to K-12 students (ages 3-12) of up to 6 students a class
• Prepare, deliver and reflect on lessons using school’s curriculum in line with school’s methodologies for classroom delivery
• Using electronic media and course ware to teach English efficiently and effectively
• Asses and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• 25 teaching hours a week plus 4 office hours

Job Requirements

• College/University graduate
• TEFL qualification or equivalent
• Experienced in teaching ESL to 3 to 18-year-old age groups preferred
• Eligible to meet Chinese work visa requirements as an English Teacher

Salary and benefits

• Salary of 15,000 to 20,000 RMB per month commensurate with experience and qualifications
