English ESL Teacher

We are looking for an English ESL Teacher for an International High School in Tianjin. This is a full-time position starting from the upcoming academic year in August.

Located in Heping District, Tianjin, this college preparatory institution prepares students for top-ranked universities worldwide. Nearly 50% of the faculty have overseas experience. The school offers a diverse curriculum, including English, math, sciences, arts, sports, electives, and AP courses, following standards from the U.S., Ontario, and Beijing Foreign Studies University. Job details

• Teach the subject of English (ESL) to high school students ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Approx. 22 teaching periods per week

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in English or related
• Registered teaching credentials, TEFL, CELTA, or TESOL are preferred
• More than two years teaching experience are preferred
• Eligible to apply for the English teacher’s visa

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary of 18,000 to 25,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
