English ESL Teacher

We are looking for an English ESL Teacher for a Training Center based in Xian. This is a full-time position.

Job details

• Teach English as a second language (ESL) to K-12 students
• Prepare, deliver and reflect on lessons using school’s curriculum in line with school’s methodologies for classroom delivery
• Asses and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Take on additional responsibilities which relate to the mentoring, coaching or training of other teachers within their school or region
• Working schedule is Wednesday to Friday from 13:30 to 20:30 and Saturday to Sunday from 9:00 to 18:00

Job requirements

• Bachelor degree or above
• TEFL qualification or equivalent
• Experienced in teaching ESL to 3 to 18-year-old age groups preferred
• Excellent communications skills

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary of 14,500 to 21,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
• Monthly housing allowance: 3,000 to 5,000 RMB
• Monthly performance bonus: 500 to 1,000 RMB
• Monthly attendance bonus: 600 RMB
• Monthly management allowance up to 4,000 RMB per month (management workload dependent)
• Contract renewal bonus of 2,000 – 5,000 RMB per year (experience and renewal years dependent)
