English ESL Teacher

We are looking for an English Teacher for a Bilingual School based in Shenzhen. This is a full-time position starting from August 2023.

Job details

• Teach the school’s English (ESL) curriculum to international primary and middle school students
• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Co-teach with Chinese teachers and be prepared to develop and improve school-based curriculum
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Develop supportive and safe learning environments
• Class size: around 20 students per class

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in teaching
• A TESOL/TESL/TEFL qualification
• Passionate and Energetic in teaching
• Excellent English communication skills

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary of 27,000 to 35,000 RMB depending on experience and qualifications
• Summer and winter fully paid (approx. 2-3 months)
• Up to 10,000 RMB flight reimbursement
