岗位职责

  • 为学生提供心理咨询，进行学生的心理评估，了解他们的心理状态、挑战和需求
  • 通过评估结果，制定个性化的心理干预计划，提供针对性的心理支持和帮助
  • 通过各种活动提高学生的心理素质和解决问题的能力，增强他们的心理韧性
  • 通过有效的评估和咨询，帮助学生解决问题，提升其心理健康水平

 

岗位要求

  • 本科及以上心理相关专业
  • 具有心理咨询经验者优先
  • 心理咨询师资格证
  • 良好的交流能力，中英文流利

 

薪资福利

  • 月薪15-25k（13薪）
  • 寒暑假

 

Job responsibilities

  • Provide psychological counseling to students and conduct psychological assessments of students to understand their psychological status, challenges and needs
  • Through assessment results, we develop personalized psychological intervention plans and provide targeted psychological support and help.
  • Improve students' psychological quality and problem-solving abilities through various activities, and enhance their mental toughness
  • Help students solve problems and improve their mental health through effective assessment and consultation


Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in psychology-related majors
  • Candidates with psychological counseling experience are preferred
  • Psychological counselor qualification certificate
  • Good communication skills, fluent in Mandrain and English

 

Salary and benefits
