Education Consultant

We are looking for an education consultant for an education company based in the city center of Chengdu. This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible.

About the company

An educational organization located in the heart of Chengdu has committed itself to offering professional advice and placement services to students who wish to further their studies overseas. This company assists potential students in finding the right academic institution to apply to and operates in countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and other western countries.

Consulting Responsibilities

• Work with branch offices’ consulting team on student cases
• Assist with the US Undergraduate College application guidance including essays, activity list, resume, LOCI, mock interviews, test preparation, major selection, school selection, activity planning, etc.)
• Hold meetings/calls/video calls with students-consulting team, and send call notes
• Teach college prep. classes

Marketing tasks

• Support education fairs, road shows, workshops, information seminars, live broadcasts, online student interviews, etc.
• Business trips and public presentations

Others

• Develop class/program materials
• Edit and polish personal statements and essays
• Conduct internal trainings/seminars

Job requirements

• Bachelor degree or higher
• Relevant working experience in the education field
• Public national holidays
• Annual leave
• Work 4 days during the week and one day during weekends

Salary and benefits

Salary structure is based on a fixed monthly amount and commissions and will be discussed with potential candidates during the interview.
