We are looking for an Economics Teacher for a Bilingual High School in Shanghai. This is a full-time position starting from the upcoming academic year in August 2023.

 

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Teach Economics classes based on IGCSE and A Level curriculum to grade 9-11 students
  • plan and prepare learning activities and guide students towards the achievement of curriculum objectives
  • Evaluate each student's performance on a continual basis
  • Communicate with staff and parents on students' progress
  • Ensure the required standards of classroom management and student behavior are met
  • Maintain accurate and complete records as required

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in economics, business or other related majors
  • At least 2 years’ economics teaching experience
  • Excellent English communicative skills
