Early Years Teacher

We are looking for an Early Years Teacher for an international school in Chengdu. This is a full-time position starting in August 2024.

Job responsibilities

• Teach English and other subjects to kindergarten students and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Develop supportive and safe learning environments

Job requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in the related subject
• Teaching certificate
• Two or more years teaching experience in the subject
• Excellent communications skills

Salary and benefits

• Base monthly salary range of 18,000 to 40,000 RMB and is negotiable commensurate with experience and qualifications
