Director of Studies

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Director of Studies to lead a Training Center in Shenyang.

This role is pivotal in shaping the educational journey of our students while fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment for our teaching staff. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ESL education, leadership skills, and a passion for driving academic excellence.

Job detail

• Deliver high-quality English as a Second Language (ESL) instruction to K-12 students, ensuring that lessons are engaging, effective, and tailored to diverse learning needs.
• Conduct interviews and manage the onboarding and training of new employees to ensure alignment with the center's educational standards.
• Lead and support a team of instructors, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes professional growth and student success.
• Regularly monitor and analyze student performance data to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or higher (any major)
• Recognized TEFL qualification or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Experience with director of studies is preferred

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary is up to 25,000 RMB after tax commensurate with experience and qualifications
