Dance Teacher

We are currently seeking to fill the role of a Dance Teacher at an International School located in the vibrant city of Beijing. This opportunity is for a full-time position, with the commencement of duties scheduled to begin in August 2025.

Job description

• Teach the subject of dance to students in primary or secondary education, ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
• Prepare lessons, lectures, tutoring techniques, design and correct assessments, and write report comments
• Co-teach with fellow teachers and be prepared to develop and improve school-based curriculum
• Support the program coordinators in the maintenance of an accurate inventory of educational resources
• Use a wide range of technologies and creative teaching and learning methodologies to accommodate differing learning styles
• Assess and monitor students' progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Hold or participate in parents' conferences

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above in education or related field
• Teaching qualification
• At least 3 years full time teaching successful experience
• Eligible for the teaching work visa

• Monthly salary of 26,000 RMB to 32,000 RMB before tax commensurate with experience and qualifications
