Role Mission:

Improve the success of our interactions with customers – leading to increasing profit.

In general: take ownership to improve the service experience based on structured analysis and in close cooperation with each department contributing to the customer experience.

More specifically: optimize internal processes to improve customer experience to drive revenue and increase profit by best-in-class service. Build structured business intelligence framework to improve control and transparency regarding results. Drive projects related to building/improving revenue streams and process streamlining. Contribute to various projects to develop new competences and future markets.


Current Responsibilities︱工作职责:

1. Customer Service department: order entry, CRM system management, sales contract management, shipping management

2. Sales compliance with company policies
3. BI (business intelligence) system maintenance and expansion of use (Tableau, FX Xiaoke)

Qualifications:
What we’re looking for
 Foreign national with at least 1.5 years working experience in China
 3+ years’ experience in a B2B Account Management, Relationship Management or Customer Success role
 A strategic problem solver with excellent project management skills
 Customer driven and able to establish robust relationship with assigned customer base
 Multifaceted approach adapting to changing requirements with the ability to balance multiple opportunities concurrently
 Proficient in MS Office applications, quick learner for software solutions (CRM, BI, etc.), able to create high-impact BI reports in Tableau/XLS
 Fluency in English and Mandarin(Chinese language study certificate)
