We are looking for a College Counselor for an international school in Shanghai. This is a full-time position starting in August 2025.

Job responsibilities

  • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to help students identify college and career goals;
  • Assist with college selection, application processes, and interview preparation;
  • Provide guidance on essay writing and application materials;
  • Organize workshops and informational sessions regarding college admissions;
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to support students' academic and emotional needs

Job requirements
  • Bachelor degree or above in the related subject
  • Teaching certificate
  • Two or more years teaching experience in the subject
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Good understanding of teaching in AP context
 
Salary and benefits
  • Monthly salary from 30,000 to 35,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
