Job Description
1.Responsible for following up and developing foreign trade customers, classifying and scientifically managing different customers, maintaining customer relations, and sorting out foreign trade sales data;
2.Timely reply to enquiries and follow up, communicate with customers normally through email, WeChat, phone or any social platform;
3.Cooperate with foreign trade operations, operate foreign trade e-commerce platform, arrange order, delivery and other processes;
4.Track and communicate with target customers, improve customer information management, and promote customer relationship;
5.The company has an operation team to develop accurate new customers, the company provides customer resources. The art team works together.

Job Requirements
1.College or above, foreign trade, English and other related majors, have confidence in English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, good English level is preferred;
2.Studious, have own views on foreign trade, can develop customers independently, strong sense of responsibility;
3.Strong bargaining power and management ability;
4.Good sense of teamwork and anti-pressure ability, can bear hardships and stand hard work, maintain good enthusiasm;
5.Efficient learning, organization, communication and planning skills;
6.Foreign trade export sales experience is preferred.
