Business Development Engineer

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
1. Bachelor’s degree required engineering background.
2. At least 5 years of sales & marketing or business development experience within automotive or related engineering products industries. Cable and PCBA experience is a plus.
3. Be familiar with ODM and OEM business and identify key decision makers in the supply chain of automotive industry
4. Must be able to champion and drive new business
5. Excellent communications (written and oral) and interpersonal skills with English & Chinese
6. Pro-active open and innovative mindset to propose new idea and take action
7. Customer focus with strong motivation to meet and exceed customers’ expectations
8. Work closely with sales engineering project management as well as other related departments to ensure successful acquisition
9. Willing to travel averaging up to 50% within China and international
